hand

so this started out as blending the angel's hand with some flowers (I decided on the poppies) as I was going to go for a floral and maybe even pretty look, however it is still a bit spooky and sinister . . .

If you are celebrating thanksgiving today, have a happy one :).

winged . . .

a graveyard angel with texture, the texture credit is to Skeletal Mess (here on flickr) - thank you :).
And highly recommended is ShadowHouse Creations which is the blog of Skeletal Mess/aka Jerry Jones, he has fantastic work and free textures.

lavender scented nightmares

the doll gets far creepier once the eyes are 'erased' . . . I intended to blend just the lavender image in with the face and create something floral and maybe even pretty, but accidentally tried the cemetery image as well and it seems the doll lends herself far more to a more haunting and sinister look . . .

the church path

Edit: the banks either side of the path are actually earth, as the graveyard on this side of the church is much higher than the path. The graves lie end on to the path (not parallel) and they are probably not that far away (depending on the depth I suppose).
