was quite high when I visited Ironbridge last week. I don't think the flood barriers have been needed there this winter, although they had been put up in Shrewsbury about 10 days or so ago.

Hope you won't need them here...this is just a lovely picture..and the black and white really brings out the beauty of the area!
This looks English! Good thing the flood gates were up in Shrewsbury, for the great pub called The Armory is located next to the river. I would hate to have that flooded, especially since the barkeep was so nice to give me a Cider 101 course.
